High-dimensional cytometry is rapidly evolving beyond fluorescence. This workshop showcases the power of bioinformatics across an end-to-end workflow — from designing a multicolor panel in BD® Research Cloud using the automated Panel Maker to analyzing a 22-color dataset with 38 image-derived parameters generated on the BD FACSDiscover™ Platform with BD CellView™ Technology. Using FlowJo™ v11, we will highlight metadata organization, automated quality control, streamlined annotation, and intuitive tools that help transform complex data into clear, publication-ready results.
