This workshop introduces a real-time multi-color intravital microscopy platform for longitudinal in vivo imaging of cellular and molecular dynamics across organs. Optimized with high precision motion compensation, it enables sub-micron visualization of immune cell trafficking, tumor microenvironment behaviors, and cutting-edge therapeutic delivery including checkpoint modulators (e.g., PD-1/PDL-1), CAR NK and engineered TCR platforms, immunometabolism targets, and microbiome immune interactions, offering deep insight into dynamic immune processes in native in vivo microenvironments.
